1. SunX referral bonus Rate Tiers and Assessment Criteria

The SunX platform categorizes affiliate referral bonus into three tiers based on the percentage of referral bonus an inviter can earn, with higher tiers offering higher rates. To qualify for a specific tier, an inviter must meet any one of the "Inviter Requirements" and contact their business manager. See the table below for details:

2. referral bonus Rate Tiers Adjustment (Upgrade & Downgrade)

Assessment Cycle: SunX will evaluate all Affiliates monthly. The evaluation criteria will be based on the requirements necessary to reach each referral bonus tier.

Upgrade: The monthly assessment begins at 00:00:00 (UTC+8) on the first day of each calendar month. The affiliate's cumulative data will be evaluated, and their referral bonus tier will be updated within the first business week of the following month. If an Affiliate meets the criteria for a higher tier, they will be upgraded and receive the corresponding referral bonus rate, capped at 50%.

Example: If you are a Level 2 Inviter (40% referral bonus) in October and meet any Level 3 criteria during that month's assessment, you will be upgraded to Level 3 (50% referral bonus) within the first business week in November.

Downgrade: The monthly assessment begins at 00:00:00 (UTC+8) on the first day of each calendar month. The affiliate's cumulative data will be evaluated, and their referral bonus tier will be updated within the first business week of the following month. If an affiliate fails to meet the requirements of their current tier during the assessment, their level will be downgraded to the highest tier they still qualify for. After the downgrade, invitees' discount rates remain unchanged, while the affiliate's referral bonus rate adjusts to the new tier.

Example: If you are a Level 2 Inviter (40% referral bonus) in October but fail to meet any Level 2 criteria, you will be downgraded to Level 1 (30% referral bonus) within the first business week in November.

4. Resolving referral bonus Overlaps Between Affiliates and Brokers

If a user with an existing upline inviter places an order using a broker ID other than their inviter's, 30% of the referral bonus will go to the broker, and the remaining 70% will still be paid to the user's upline inviter.

5. Terms and Conditions:

l referral bonus settlement and distribution occur daily between 20:00–21:00 (UTC+8) on the T+1 day.

l All SunX referral relationships are permanently valid by default.

l There is no limit to the number of invitees you can refer.

l Only new users who register via your referral link are eligible.

l Self-referrals (creating multiple accounts to invite yourself) are prohibited. If detected, all referral bonuses will be revoked.

l SunX referral bonus rules are subject to updates.

l SunX reserves the right to modify program rules or cancel the referral program at any time.

l SunX reserves the right for final interpretation of this program.
